The Forge intake for the 2015-onwards 1.2 & 1.4 TSI removes the restriction of the stock airbox and replaces it with a silicone hose (available in a choice of colours) and free flowing Pipercross cone filter, which offers superior filtration to the stock paper filter. The Forge silicone hose has a larger bore and smooth finish inside giving optimum flow and comes in a choice of 3 colours: black, red, or blue. Please select colour from the drop-down list above.

You can perfectly compliment this intake with our dump valve for the 1.2/1.4TSI, which totally replaces the plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicon hose, as well as giving you the traditional dump valve sound, and a better looking engine bay!

We also offer a collection of wheel spacers in various sizes too. These CNC machined precision alloy wheel spacers are available in 3, 5, 8, 11, 13, 16, 20mm thickness and come with a 57.1mm bore and dual 5 stud bolt pattern for both 100 and 112mm PCD fitments. The spacers are anodised black to inhibit corrosion and “bonding” to the wheel or hub and are machined with an alloy spigot to allow centering on the hub.

Please note: The Pipercross filter is excluded from the Forge lifetime warranty

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
When fitting the filter to its counterpart please ensure you do not over tighten the hose clamp connecting them. Doing so could result in the part being crushed, leading to fitment and/or performance issues. The recommended torque setting for this hose clamp is 2-2.4Nm
