The 4.0L V8 biturbo engine of the Mercedes G63 AMG models uses an indirect charge air cooling circuit, which works with its own cooling water circuit instead of ambient air. The Wagner Tuning auxiliary water coolers effectively lower the cooling water temperature, which leads directly to an improved cooling performance of the charge air.
