Our Competition Intercooler EVO 2 sets the standard with core dimensions of 520mmx210mmx150^mm (13,572 cm≥). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves.
Our high performance intercooler core is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to 70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses. Our EVO 2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance.
All our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties, which ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling.
The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested to up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable. Like all our products, the Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
