The 2.0 TFSI turbo engine of the KTM X-Bow has an indirect charge air cooling circuit, where the cooling process of the charge air is done by a water-cooled intercooler. With our specially designed high performance intercooler from WAGNERTUNING you replace the original intercooler and experience a revolutionary increase in performance.
Our high performance intercooler features an innovative performance intercooler core with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm. It was developed specifically for the high demands of the KTM engine and offers an incredible 80% more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The ratio between internal and external cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimized by CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, increasing air mass flow by an impressive 33%. This also makes our kit ideal for racing. You benefit from optimum cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance.
To ensure a lasting cooling effect, all Wagner Tuning charge air coolers are provided with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating. The installation of the system is uncomplicated thanks to our detailed installation instructions and a direct replacement of the original intercooler is possible.
