Product Overview

While the factory plastic manifold is prone to leaks and failure under high boost, the JDY-EA888-IM is engineered from a solid block of 6061-T6 Aluminum. Precision CNC-machined to perfection, this manifold provides the flow characteristics needed for Stage 3+ builds while ensuring rock-solid reliability.

• Venturi Effect Runners: Our runners feature a tapered “wide-to-narrow” design, utilizing the Venturi effect to increase intake air velocity.

• Billet 6061-T6 Construction: One-piece CNC machining offers superior strength over cast or welded alternatives, making it capable of handling high-pressure scenarios without risk of cracking.

• Thermal Management: Includes an 8mm thickened thermal gasket to insulate the manifold from cylinder head heat soak, keeping your intake temperatures (IATs) lower.

• Expanded Plenum Volume: Re-engineered internal volume provides the “lung capacity” needed for high-RPM power delivery.

• Runner flaps Delete : In orde rto reach maximum airflow capacity and reduce drag foraace as much as possible , JDY manifold deleted OEM runner flaps .

• Water-Methanol Ready: 4x pre-tapped 1/8 NPT ports located on the top of the runners for easy access and optimal atomization.

• Vacuum Reference Ports: 3x 1/8 NPT vacuum ports distributed across the plenum for clean routing of boost gauges, BOVs, or wastegate controllers.

• Engineered Clearance: Revised lower structure to provide 100% clearance for high-pressure fuel rails—no more interference or rubbing.

4. Hybrid Fueling & MPI Ready (For Gen 4 Support)

• MPI Integration for Gen 3/4: Many EA888 Gen 3/4 engines have eliminated Port Injection (MPI) due to emissions regulations. Our kit brings this capability back, allowing for the massive fueling demands of high-horsepower builds.

• AN6 Billet Fuel Rail Included: Each kit comes with a high-flow, CNC-machined AN6 Billet Fuel Rail.

• Versatile Fueling Setups: * Circulated Setup: Features AN6 ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings on both ends, perfect for custom braided lines and high-flow fuel pressure regulators.

  • OEM Integration: We include a custom Barb Adapter. designed to click directly into the factory fuel line connector, ensuring a “Plug-and-Play” solution for those retaining the OEM fuel line routing.

• Precision Injector Seating: The fuel rail and manifold are matched to ensure perfect injector spray angles and a leak-free seal under high rail pressures.
